Basic Freediver
The Basic Freediver program is offered in two convenient formats: a 2-day weekend course (all day Saturday and Sunday) and also as a 3-day evening /day schedule with class sessions Thursday and Friday evenings followed by an all-day Saturday pool and ocean sessions.

Intermediate Freediver
This is a four-day program that takes place over the weekend.

Advanced Freediver
This is a four-day program that takes places over the weekend.

Basic Spearfishing
Instructs competent and comfortable freedivers in the art of spearfishing with emphasis on safety, selectivity, and effective hunting techniques. Instruction will cover psychological and physiological factors that contribute to successful spearfishing performance. Sheri Daye and Daryl Wong are the instructors for this class
